Carl Kowalski is a seasoned CADD/BIM Technician/Project Manager who has comprehensive knowledge of construction and detailed project delivery. His professional experience both as an Owner's Representative and Project Manager make him a valuable part of any project team.
He oversees elements of the design and construction process and provides technical advice on architectural concepts.
Prior to joining MAROTTA/MAIN Architects Carl served as an owner's representative for a $52 million, 6-building, district-wide capital improvement project. He is proficient in CADD/BIM technology and is responsible for establishing MAROTTA/MAIN Architects' best practices for coordination of drafting standards and detail libraries. Carl also manages drafting teams and performs drawing reviews. His portfolio ranges from K-12 and higher education to parking structure projects.
