Times Square Restaurant
MAROTTA/MAIN prepared preliminary code review drawings and construction drawings to convert a former fitness center into a bright and welcoming upscale pub in Manhattan. Patrons are drawn to the industrial details on the warmly lit facade, which has large picture windows to the second floor restaurant. The dining area includes an outdoor beer garden patio featuring handcrafted beers, wine and adventurous culinary offerings.
